Who We Are and What We Do
Kingsley House is a specialist SEO consultancy based in Sibiu, Romania, operating since 2018. We work with small and medium-sized businesses, e-commerce operators and EU-facing exporters who need organic search to function as a reliable acquisition channel — not just a vanity metric on a monthly report. Our team of four covers the full SEO discipline: technical architecture, keyword strategy, content optimisation and earned link acquisition. We do not outsource audit work, keyword research or link prospecting to junior contractors or offshore teams. Every deliverable is produced in-house and reviewed by a senior consultant before it reaches the client. Since 2018 we have completed audits for over 120 client sites across Romania, completed keyword programmes for businesses in seven distinct verticals, and managed link-building campaigns earning placements in publications including national Romanian business press and sector-specific EU trade media. The teal-modern aesthetic of our workspace and documentation reflects a deliberate choice: clarity over decoration, data over opinion. Our reports are designed to be read by a developer on Monday morning, not admired as a PDF artefact.
How We Work and What We Do Not Do
Every Kingsley House engagement follows the same sequence: audit, strategy, implementation support, measurement. We never skip the audit phase to move faster to execution — experience has taught us that the audit phase is where the highest-value opportunities are found, and that strategies built without it routinely optimise the wrong things. We are not a full-service digital marketing agency. We do not run paid advertising campaigns, design websites, manage social media accounts or produce content at scale. These are deliberate limits. Clients who come to us having already tried a generalist agency typically appreciate the narrower focus: it means the person who scoped your technical audit is the same person interpreting your Search Console data three months later. Results in SEO are never instant and are never fully within our control — search algorithms update, competitor activity changes, and market demand shifts. What we can guarantee is rigorous process, honest timelines and transparent reporting in a teal-modern, data-forward format that tells you what is actually happening, not what you hoped to hear.
